The Importance of Early Design in an Agile Process

In the design stages steps one and two we're looking at both the analytical design and the data design. What we also like to do is part of our discovery process POCs and prototypes. So you don't jump into implementation it sounds like too early. We've just learned that actually the discovery time is the most valuable part because that fit up front can save you so much time later on.
