I think there's something related to like our evolutionary history that's playing here in terms of the definitions we're looking for for content. There does seem to be a lot of extra linguistic aspects to the ways that you and I engage with the world, he says. The way we experience things the way things have meaning to us is tied into our phenomenological experience even extending beyond sensory motor concerns but while that's interesting  there is that question of how much does it matter pragmatically to get systems to do the kinds of things we want them to do so I guess I'd love some more detail on this issue.
