JP: I definitely would not have done all those things. And then doing additions on the properties when looking back, I'm not sure if that really was a value add after how much it costs. Just using a GC upfront when I didn't know the remodeled and trusting his like thoughts and his numbers and everything was definitely a mistake. JP: We were paying subs on a like weekly basis like payroll almost versus like a completion route. Looking back that costed us a whole lot more money than it would have just doing a fixed cost.
