The single family home as a rental product became this ideal consumer experience for the person who wanted more space, was looking for affordability and then really needed a place to work. And so we went from being very excited about it to seeing just really a massive and demand that drove the returns that we saw over the last year on the platform. We're at today, where we really are as excited about this asset class, is anything else that we're investing in at the moment.
