Rediscovering Generosity and Cooperation: From Kropotkin to the Democratic Federation of North Syria

This chapter explores how traditional Marxism and contemporary social theory have overlooked generosity and cooperation, and discusses the influence of Kropotkin's ideas on the ongoing social revolution in North Syria. It also highlights the emergence of mutual aid as a key concept in activist circles and its use in migrant solidarity movements and the Zapatista Society.
