One of the ways that we learned to be better, of course, is in the reflection. We just started probably a couple of years ago with adding to our processes one year review. So after we've been integrating for a year, let's look back, see where we are so that we can improve on the next acquisition that we do. One thing we did with one of the projects that large integration project I worked on was a pre-mortem. And there we got a lot of things about, hey, why did this happen? Why did that happen?"
