The vast majority of the work ongoing where something like this could accidentally get out and cause lots of problems it's funded by funding agencies. If there were a common consensus even I mean if scientists just got their act together and did this even without any kind of government intervention that would dramatically dramatically reduce the likelihood but that doesn't seem to be happening yeah exactly.
