The analytics are changing the psychology of document review. It's high lighting, high lighting in doccument review; clients always want it and temp attorneys will typically want it too. And after you've gone through four or 500 documents with the same words highlighted, your eyes start naturally looking at the stuff that isn't highlighted because you're tired of looking at the high lights.
