Do You Have Good Intent?

You can't actually ever know what some one else's intent is. And i'm not going to say every time someone said they had good intent, that they actually did. You may not know that something you did could have caused harm until it happened. Or even if you could have known the impact of your behaviour if you thought about it. Maybe you weren't thinking, or maybe you were in a stress response, or just not at your best in some other way. But try to do better, try to repair, try to acknowledge what the person's experience was of you and really try to figure out how not to have that happen again.
