JavaScript and the Tail and Config File
In tail and 1.0, I decided that I will make the tail and config file a little bit more magical - it's actually not magical. The reason like colors is still plural is because it actually doesn't tie to a specific CSS thing. It's really just like a shared constant that is shared between a bunch of other things. There was some magical solutions, but the solution I ended up on is not magical where you specify the colors in the theme and other things can still depend on that definition.
