Tech Related ETFs: What's Going On?

Some of the biggest and broadest tech ETFs are up 35, 36% year to date. But XLK has about 2.6 billion in outflows this year; VGT 600 million in outflows. ARKK, the ARK innovationETF, that thing is up 39%. And again, there are just a number of examples like this. So I think there's a couple of things happening here.
