The Challenges of Working at Fixer

At Fixer, I had the luxury of being able to hire a team from day one instead of doing it myself. At Grub Hub, that wasn't even a term that was around in 2002 gig economy. The 10-hour week side hustle with lots of flexibility for the person who has a lot of commitments is actually a really good thing for a society. And so on either we need to say that companies are not responsible for health care or all companies must be responsibility for health care.
