Legalese and Its Plain Language Counterpart

There's basically four main features of legalese that tend to be prevalent in legal documents. Second feature is just jargon, so lessor, lessee, cheering before, forgoing and so on. A third feature is non-seared capisiation - chunks of text in all caps. And then the fourth feature which our studies suggest might be the most important is centred betting where one clause is embedded within another clause.
