Science Teaching - Is There a Better Way to Interact?

The idea that we can learn how to interact in really healthy ways and overcome the unhealthy group dynamics. And so what I found was that in terms of my own science teaching one side developed these learning behaviors in my students. Then I could set up a group task and know that they were going to be on task. That frees me up as a teacher to go around and problem solve, to sit down with students and to have much more in depth conversations than I would otherwise be able to manage. So it was really transformative interms of my science teaching.
