The Importance of Cross Cultural Prizes
The prizes are supporting local communities. I think that's really important, Mark says. One of the prizes was this incredible woman in Kenya who designed a new cook stove. She made it much safer because her own daughter had a very young age kicked over the cook store and been badly burned. It also because they're so much more efficient they can actually cut down on carbon emissions. These are the things we should have bought.
