Ubernliff Come Back? Is It a Platform Cooperative?

A regulatory environment was supposed to protect the taxicab business. It failed in this case, in part because uber has been very aggressive in mobilizing a its users on behalf of making arguments to city government. So it ended u losing out to people like me, who aren't in ost and often come in for south by southwest. I've already got lift installed on my phone, and so i end up using that rather than the platform co operative.
