The next thing is set up a time during your day to go outside on a walk. And again, it'll be a great way to connect the people in your life that you love. In the long run, i really want you to focus on healing more of the deep seated feelings and beliefs that we have about those things. But in the beginning, when we're faced in this crisis mode, after going through a break up, or after going through something tough, it's 100 % ok to latch on to those more quick fixes.
