Power Skipping or Galloping - Is That a Good Idea?

When i, when i skip for height or gallop for height, i like to get my back knee darn near close to the ground. And that's how deep i'm getting in the flect and extending m into those power skips. Some athletes might do the same thing. If i tell an athlete to gallop, but be as quick off the ground as possible, they find it a lot easier than they do the power skip with much grief or ground contact. Again, the gallops are a little bit easier for an athlete to feel what i'm trying to say with those high hipped, quickground contacts. But yes, that's kind of how we see it, is
