I think HRV is a really great measurement. So you have your morning routine and then skincare routine. I use peptide, vitamin C, vitamin E for real acid, a Tretinoin and yeah. There's some creams, but really the majority of things we do on skin are lasers. We're trying to get the skin health to be again, like 20 years older or so. And where is your skin health based on the diagnostics now? It depends on the region, but skin health, for example, on the face is roughly 28,. which is down, I believe 20 or so years from when she started.
