How to Adopt Generative AI in Your Organization

How about the education and adoption within the enterprises? I mean, you work for a Fortune 50 company still. How are organizations adopting it? Are they seeing generative AI more as the efficiency play only where they are trying to replace people with that technology? Where do you see is it a good balance already or people skewing too much towards one direction? So, and this is more of my personal view. The way I have started seeing it in last couple of months that I strongly see this as more of a productivity tool at this point.
