The Power of Imagination
Kant takes imagination to be constitutive of creativity. What makes a creative process creative for Kant is the involvement of imagination aimed at the aesthetic. The unconstrained imagination can take raw materials and it can produce outputs which actually transcend the concepts that one possesses.
