He'd been arrested for domestic abuse against his girl friend, gainst her against her. Rosemary first pressed charges and then withdrew them. The only thing that i can even think of that makes any sense is that he always apologized and promised to never do it again. But then the police discovered that even rosemary, for all her sweet demeator was pushed to her limits once.
