What Is the Difference Between a Single Individual and a Network State?

There are some important similarities and then there'rs some differences. The main difference that i perceive so far is that in his model, you can have a single individual in a city effectively be a node of this network state. And in my understanding of how to deliver the services that prospera seeks to eliver, you can't effectively do that at too small of a scale. You know, it mighte, might not make sense to do a small neighborhood. I know that ten thousand pople and above deffintly make sense. That's probably as low as i would feel comfortable saying, you know, you can do it a small ass sustanably for profit."
