Every chapter, every time I designed a website, it was like I was trying to prove to myself and prove to the world. So he took time off of writing his book to do research about how to silence self doubts. And something in those articles, like like planted a seed and that seed started sprouting. He woke up one day on his 40th birthday thinking: "I want to teach a workshop about how to get rid of the self doubt"
