i'm always healthy. I always eat whole real foo. And i'm in my thirties, and i've been basically healthy and fit my entire lifeta,. That seems weird to me that that would be so low. Hene when i download the results, it's, i feel like the home tests are probably just a large dose of scepticism for what i'm actually trying to get out of them. Let you know that we all, like most people, their fitness at our age, whir ther is about thinking about losing weight. But if you did, if you really have the blood work done first,  you will start to live your life more healthily.
