I had no idea, for example, one of the things that Epic did recently was they changed the post expiration renewal time. They know how many customers go out to, you know, 39 days and renew it 39 days and have their own systems for keeping track of it. I had no idea there were people that then intentionally build that into their calculations. It's a great way to demonstrate Darwinism. Some people choose to continue to do business there. And that's their choice,. If they don't want to do anything about it, right?
