Google sheets is a good example of a thoughtful product person making a good decision there. If a piece of software can make a thing that you dread, like email or filing expenses, which actually delightful, that is huge. And the more I dig into Google sheets in particular, it's just you. It's so smart and more and more. You feel it getting better. Oh, there's so much positivity flow in here. This feels great. God, I love great software. We should do this more often."
