Backwards Accountability in Incident Response
The idea of backwards accountability isn't really productive or particularly useful. It doesn't do any good to FireSteve because you were the one that clicked the wrong button. In society that's not necessarily going to work very well. But when you're talking about responding to incidences and we can think about surgeons, you can think about firefighters,. You can think about pretty much any EMS, that's what their goal is. Their goal is not to fire the well-trained staff but to make sure that the staff that they have don't fall into the same pitfalls again.
