The Germans' Anti-Aircraft Nemesis
The Germans had a lot of 20 millimeter, 37 millimeter flak in addition to the stuff that, you know, the 88s and the 105 millimeter stuff. They were right in the envelope of the, of the small stuff. One of the pilot's David Schiles was shot down before the battle of the bowl. His story is pretty amazing. He got out at low altitude and his parachute opened once and he hit the ground.
