i think people often struggle when they have so much to do. People who are able to adopt a technique which means they release stress and tension and fatigue really will be able to do so much more, he says. Regular meditators "have so much more capacity and adaptability okay they're better rested" i don't use the word busy if someone said to me hey can we catch up on the next few days i'd never say non too busy right because busyness sort of equates to ineffectiveness.
