How Disciplined Is the Federal Government's Funding?
The six month mark has marked a milestone for the federal agencies in setting up these programmes. That doesn't necessarily mean that they have regulations fully written, and don't nesarily mean that money, money is flowing out the door. But i think right now, actually, we're in a period of time where there is a lot of opportunity to influence those federal agencies. There are statutory requirements in the bill, and then there will be regulatory requirements from the agencies. And some of the funding also goes straight to private sector actors, who will, you know, be able to apply for the funding. They'll make their best case and then a they'll see.
