How to Hire the Right Salesperson for Your Company

I think part of it is really knowing what works and so I'm a big believer in sales of understanding the template for like what are you looking for what has worked. There's just something about being able to be a closer that I've never figured out how to teach somebody. The ability to get somebody to sign on the line is a real talent not to be underestimated but don't underestimate it.
