The Trial of Benjamin Frinn
In 1945, Benjamin Frinn was discharged with a rank of sergeant. He went back to New York and planned to practice law. At the same time, a trial was beginning in Germany. Leaders of the Nazi Party were being prosecuted by an international military tribunal. This was the first Nuremberg trial. Nothing like it had ever been done before.
