Are You a Natural Salesperson?
I didn't know that I was talented at this until a manager in my first few months told me aside and she told me, you're really good at this. The things you were good at, you didn't even know they were skills because it's just what you've been doing your whole life. You don't need to be an extrovert to do that. Being a problem solver is not, in my opinion, a personality type. It's just an ultimate sense of curiosity when you're talking to people or when you're trying to connect the dots.
