A Rule of Life

In the tradition of the early church, going back as far as the third century, communities of christians explored what does it look like to give our lives a little shape and a little structure. And they formed something that we now call a rule of life. A rule of life is not a ticking a box of things to tick, tick, tick. Practices, values, relationships that give structure, support and space.
