Do You Have Shadow Work?

Shadow work was coined by the psychologist Carl Jung and it's essentially this idea that everybody has a shadow side of them that they project onto their reality. The things that you can't accept or come to terms with in yourself that you hate usually project on to other people. We all have evil more evil negative sides to us that's just kind of what being a human being is like. Once you get to the point where you accept those things you just have an easier time functioning throughout life.
