What Is Determinate Optimism?
I've spoken in some context about there being a bubble in education. And i think you can think of the education bubble as a form of indeterminate pessimism, where people are um, they don't relly know what the education is for but it's fundamentally acts as an insurance policy. It's people who have ideas about the future that are radically different from the present. Its people who have dreams about the future nobody else shares, and that they are in a willing to work towards.
