Simein peformance is about understanding the context in which you apply a solution. It used to be very much tow don't tell them what we're doing, even though it would be a different sport. There was this view that there's a finite part of uk. Sport money,. and if they do well, they're taking the money out of our pot. The world outside of this club is so much bigger than the world inside this club. And then lastly, ive felt pretty strongly, and i store this a lot, in the olympic world, which got a lot better at collaborating and sharing over the years.
