The Importance of Amino Acids in Plants

On average, all plants are lower in that relative to animals. If you were eating a plant only diet, then if you were going to eat the 40 grams of protein, you're going to have potentially a low level of those two particular amino acids. You can either try to complement them or you cannot worry about it because you're probably 80 or 90 grams and you didn't really have to think about it.
