Andre Chirchnoff was detained in a Moscow metro station on May 9 last year. He said he spent seven hours in police custody and that they tased him with a sun gun. A few weeks later, hooded men sprayed paint on his face and just spray paint, stung his eyes, left marks on his face. And after this incident, he then received an anonymous letter threatening to harm him or jail him if he didn't stop expressing his political views.
