Coinbase and the SEC's Litigation

The SEC didn't name the American Coinbase the chief executive Brian Armstrong as defendant or accused the company of mishandling customer funds I found that really interesting yeah one is a policy regulatory fight and the other is a real fight to the death. When you sue somebody in a court if you're gonna go after a company they let me like I worked at a law for when we sued we were represented nowWe see next time you always go after everybody you can't because if if you don't and it turns out that they are not just a patsy not a fog of it in fact the real the real problem.
