The Comprehensibility of Science
i'm a fan of your work. i am rather shocked by the remark and the line which melvin's just mentioned. Everything fits together in the modern scientific world view. Every scientist i know is deeply worried about discrepancies between general relativity and quanto mechanics. But you seem to me to be slurring over it similarly. The idea that we're aiming at a unified system is essential, but the thought that we've got it seems to me quite unreal. That it's really misleading, even to your very simple reader. We don't have all the de but you are talking."
