Do You Want to Be a Voice Actor?

I feel like the voice acting for dubs in general has gotten to like a passable quality in almost every show. I can't think of anything that truly stands out as this is a dub experience. The last, newest quote unquote anime where the dub was like, wow, was probably panning and stalking. But now it's two weeks to not even two weeks, like one week to cast, translate and get these actors in the booth or recording. It's crazy.
