We Need a Thousand Jane Adams and a Thousand Julius Rosenwalds
I write about jane adams and hull house in we need to build as kind of the the mother hip of so much positive progressive change. I think our era needs the same energy. And i would add a thousand julius rosenwalds. He is inspired by his jewish faith and his rabbi, neil hirsh, to partner with a set of african american leaders to build schools and community centers. Right now, we have a social change movement that is heavy on critique and very light on creation.
