What Was the Hardest Part of the Due Diligence Process?
The due diligence process was really hard because they literally go through everything with a very skeptical eye. We had all kinds of ups and downs multiple times throughout the due diligence process where we thought the deal was going to be dead. The other side project that I mentioned that was pure chat that also became its own company right we sold that to a strategic and that due diligence was hard but it was nothing in comparison to selling to a private equity who was skeptical on everything.
