The Dangers of the Separation of Powers
I blame the Supreme Court for putting everybody in this position, like they should be stronger on their own ethics so that we wouldn't be having this conversation. I also think that this question of the separation of powers is a little dangerous for the Supreme Court itself because it goes both ways. It's not insane to think about a world where people start questioning the legitimacy of the Supreme Court to even say what the law is and enforce it.
