The Benefits of Barefoot Shoes
Jiu-jitsu training is all like, of course it has to be done on mats. It's the absence of some exposure to developing the lower body on a hard surface. The fact that we train on mats, you can be heavy-footed and lazy with how you place your feet because there's mats there, not punished. This is why I think this is the huge benefit of like barefoot shoes and just being barefoot more often.
