How to Structure Your Training Program for Different Distances

If you're going to have a race that has maybe everything from a 5k up to a half marathon or a marathon or and or if you have runners which I'm guessing you would of different abilities at different speeds. How would you structure that with people training for different distances assuming they're all meeting at the same time. Yeah a lot of steps. Now would you need to have like an assistant per se so let's say here'sI'm in the I'm training for it I'm in the 10k group and you're the marathon coach how would that work? Right, right.
