How Did You Overcome the Challenges?
The manufacturing industry was really impacted by covid how did you take on those challenges and how did you overcome them? A sas the company, were heavily impacted by cold. The impact was largely around the fact that the entire country was shut for for a period of almost six months. And we had this down time for three tor four months before cover. We split the company into five in some way, and we ran in a completely decentalized manner.
