Is There a Future in Deep Learning?

I think many people doing ML today are never taking a logic class in their life. AI back then was mostly no monotonic logic, but they're called "deep learning" And I think there's an argument to me that some of that that they were not making a good service to ourselves by ignoring dozens of years of where small people were about intelligent reasoning. But hopefully, we'll bring the readers back to a different era when things were done in a different way.
